Returns & Replacement Policy

At Tykoon Kreations, each item is thoughtfully handcrafted. Because our products vary by category, our return policy does as well.

Press-On Nails

Due to the hygienic nature of press-on nails, all press-on nail sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
• Change of mind
• Used or opened nail sets

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

Jewelry & Accessories

Bracelets and other non-hygiene products may be eligible for return if they arrive damaged or defective.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and your order number. If approved, we'll provide instructions for the return or replacement.

Items showing signs of normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse are not eligible for return.
